We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with all the products you have ordered from us. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, here’s what to do.
- Because of the variations in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the precise color or texture of the finished item may somewhat not properly visible on screen; consequently, products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Only if the product(s) received a manufacturing defect of some type will we exchange the product(s).
- Return policy will be applied to unused, unwashed product with original packing and invoice within 7 Days of purchase.
- Customer needs to return the products via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded and return or replacement charges will be paid by Customer
- Refund requests will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the return products.
- Items purchased from sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange.
- Pillows design may vary due to cutting pattern of the fabric.
